We work end to end, from discovery workshops and requirements through to solution architecture, development, deployment, training and support. That means one partner who understands both the business problem and the technology that solves it.
Our focus is practical: clearer processes, connected systems, trusted data and reporting that helps people make better decisions.

Akash Varma
Certified Business Analyst and certified Power Platform Developer with 12 years of experience across Education, Mining, Not-for-profit and Government.
Over 12 years, Akash has worked with a wide range of technologies, applications and business systems in organisations with very different needs, from schools and mine sites to community organisations and government. That breadth means he understands how operational realities, compliance obligations and legacy systems shape what a good solution looks like.
He provides end-to-end delivery: facilitating stakeholder workshops, mapping processes and defining requirements, then designing data models, building Power BI reports, Power Apps and automated workflows, and supporting the solution after go-live. Recommendations are grounded in what can actually be built and maintained.
Akash founded Varma Advisory to give growing organisations access to joined-up business and technology thinking, with the personal attention of a boutique practice.
